L’open access a processo

Abstract

The articles narrates the mock trial to Open Access held during the “Convegno delle Stelline”, the annual meeting dedicated to library and librarians held the 18 of March 2016 in Milano. There are three involved parties: the first party has carried out the preliminary investigations, the second party represents the Prosecutor (we call him/her: “Witness to the Prosecutor”) and the third party is the Defence (we call him/her “Witness to the Defence”). The goal of this mock trial is to shed light on Open Access, trying to overcome myths and bring facts to the debate.
