Abstract

The article stems from a work to collect data on the readings carried out by the numerous reading circles in the libraries of the city of Rome over a period of time between 2018 and 2022. The purpose of the research, through the analysis of the elements that emerged, was to outline a mapping of the practices adopted by the circles also in relation to the trends expressed by the publishing market in Italy. By comparing the choices made by individual groups, common practices were highlighted and divergent or specifc preferences underlined.
