Abstract

The author, in the digital era, defends the printed books in all its manifestations and focuses on a particularly kind of book: the “artist book”. Like in the present case, it’s an object where the rediscovery of the centuries-old printing press meets engravings of artistic value. In particular, it’s described the initiative “Torchi e stampe al seguito: le vie della tipografia” which took place in Monte Sant’Angelo (Foggia) in the atelier of an appreciated printer.
