Abstract

The paper describes the latest news, contained in the interministerial decree n. 154 22 august 2017, about the commitment of movable properties restoration (paintings, books and documents) by contracting authorities. The paper analyzes some of the 28 decree’s articles and it notices how some fields are not completely resolved by the legislator: for example, the levels of the organization, the company’s certification, the jobs of extreme urgency and the trials. The author observes that, even though the general framework is positive, there are still general problems about the applicability of some points of the public works’ legislation to cultural movable properties, especially about the economically most advantageous bid.
