Abstract

The article describes the history and principles lying behind the IFLA Fake news infographic, a tool developed within the IFLA Global Vision. The author, who was responsible for the translation into Italian, briefly explains the 8 points, giving some examples based on Italian resources, reports on the welcome the tool received by the Italian librarians’ community and reflects on the doubts she had during the translation process.
