Abstract

In this interview John Palfrey, author of the recently translated “Bibliotech. Why Libraries Matter More Than Ever in the Age of Google”, epxresses his opinions on the future of libraries, why they will be more important than ever and how cooperation can bring the reach and impact of libraries to a new level, thanks to the usaqge of new digital technologies. Wikipedia, Digital Public Library of America, a W3c for libraries, advocacy are the key questions addressed.
