Una biblioteca a misura di ciascuno

Abstract

Web Accessibility is often a right denied to people with disabilities, despite the Law 04/2004 which deals with the matter in Italy. Libraries are also among the subjects bound by current legislation, however the majority of Italian libraries are not yet in compliance with the provisions of the law. The paper analyzes a survey on digital inclusion and on the websites of libraries in Emilia-Romagna, as well as on the changes resulting from the epidemiological emergency from Covid-19 regarding the approach of libraries to digital issues.
