Il ruolo strategico del lavoro agile

Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic we have experienced Agile Working. Starting from 1973 in America and than later in Europe, there is a strong need for flexible work. In Italy Agile Working is governed by Law no. 81/2017, arts. 18-23. The analysis of the strengths and criticalities of Agile Working make us reflect on the concrete applicability of the same as ordinary work in libraries, especially in academic ones, even in a post-pandemic phase. It can make the labor market more modern, businesses and public administration more competitive and attractive and our cities more inclusive and sustainable.
