Abstract

This paper is going to provide a picture of the academic libraries organization, based on the analysis of the university statutes and other documentation. The aim is to verify if library organizations are consistent and well organized pools of structures, with a good level of know-how, able to fulfill all the new requirements of users and to ensure an adeguate level of partnership among Libraries themselves. The research was carried out in 2019 and the results are compared with those of the surveys conducted in previous years. The results and the final considerations seem to be interesting as libraries are re-thinking their organization on the basis of national law requirements.
